Sustainable Development Goal 16
This goal aims for peaceful, inclusive societies with accountable institutions and participatory decision-making. Makers can explore designing for trust, transparency and fairness in small group processes such as club or classroom votes.
Explores how to design for trust in group decisions: one vote per voter, a tamper flag and an auditable log, in the spirit of participatory decision-making (target 16.7).
A low-cost seal that records if and when it was broken explores how technology can support accountability and evidence integrity (targets 16.5 and 16.6).
